Texas Knowledge Center (Self Service)<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

KinderTrack<\/strong> users should be familiar with navigating the system and utilizing its tools, buttons, and search functions. Get started by getting to know the the information that KinderSystems support uses to answer questions for the Provider, Sponsors and TWC Boards by following the Texas Knowledge Center link above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TX3C Training Center (Self Service)<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Prior to enrolling in the hands-on instructor-led training, we want to familiarize you with the basic use of the TX3C software. After completing the self-paced Introduction to KinderTrack, you will take a short assessment. Follow the TX3C Training Center link above to begin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you pass with 80% or above, you will gain access to TX3C Hands-On-Training registration in Case Management, Payment and Subsidy Management, Local Settings for WFS Boards, or Provider Administration. Please ensure to enter your information accurately to register to the accurate training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TX3C Guidebook<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The TX3C guidebook compiles multiple desk aids into one book. This resource highlights step-by-step instructions for various topics, ranging from the application process to case management, payments, and more. You must <\/em><\/strong>have access to TWC SharePoint to access this guidebook. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
