At this time, there is an issue with setting up new providers with multiple locations. This is a known issue, the vendor is making code changes, at this time we do not have an ETA.

  • For Procare Users: Procare Support are instructed to use a workaround in their system to edit their accounts and allow them to have multiple IDs under the same location. Support should refer customers to Procare Support team at 800-964-1729 or support@procaresoftware.com.
  • For Other Vendors listed below: Please do not refer the providers to contact their API Vendor regarding this issues as they are aware and actively working on this issue.
