KinderConnect for Parents
KinderConnect is an online portal for sponsors to update contact information, view subsidy-related documents, and upload documents related to changes to the family status. They can also download the KinderSmart Registration form needed to complete the registration. Only primary parents with an active authorized schedule can self-register in KinderConnect.
How do I apply for a subsidy for childcare?
When applying for a new childcare subsidy, you will go through the process of applying for subsidy in Parent Central.
How do I recertify my subsidy for childcare?
You will be notified via email with a link to proceed with the recertification process. Kindly click on the link provided in the email.
How do I report changes during my eligibility period?
If you need to report any changes during your eligibility period, such as income, employment status, or schooling, please log on to KinderConnect and upload proof of the changes.
