KinderConnect is an online portal for sponsors to update contact information, view subsidy-related documents, and upload documents related to changes to the family status. Sponsors can also download the KinderSmart Registration form needed to complete the registration.

Only primary parents with an active authorized schedule can self-register in KinderConnect. Other/additional/private pay sponsors cannot access KinderConnect.

What does a Primary Parent need to Register in KinderConnect?

1. 1. Primary Parents need to have access to their case number or TWIST ID. If you need assistance retrieving your case number or TWIST ID number, please validate the case number HERE
   2. Follow step-by step instructions found HERE
   3. Primary Parents are encouraged to keep track of their Username and Password
