📢 Important Attendance Reminder 📢
You may receive a message reminding you about attendance reporting requirements. Receiving this message does not mean there is a problem with your account.
For Parents:
- Record attendance using:
- KinderSign
- KinderSmart
- Your provider’s approved system
- If attendance is not recorded, child care assistance may be affected.
For Providers:
- Ensure parents can report attendance using TX3C-approved systems.
- Notify Workforce Solutions if a child does not attend care for five (5) consecutive days.

Absence alerts will now be sent when a child reaches 15, 30, or 40 absences.

You may have received a message stating: “A New Notice Available – check in Sponsor > Documents.” Here’s what you should do:

- ✅ Check your messages in TX3C KinderConnect, KinderSign, or KinderSmart. For information on reviewing messages, click HERE.

- If you do not see any new messages, you can disregard the alert.

- If you do have a new message, please review and respond as needed.
- If it is a notice, you can view it under Sponsor > Documents.

Attention Parents and Families!!! Texts may come to you from (512) 572-4378 and emails from no-reply@childcare.texas.gov
Note:Â New providers will receive an email with TX3C: KinderConnect registration instructions and verification code. Once registered, you may proceed with registering tablets.
